Shipping Policies & Rates
Product Manufacturing:
McShane Metal Products keeps limited stock to better serve our customers. Some specific product styles and sizes may have to be manufactured once an order is placed. Manufacturing is done on a first come, first serve basis therefore depending on the number of orders awaiting production and the quantities previously ordered. Projected production/ship dates are accurate estimates based on our scheduling, not a guarantee. Lead times vary, please leave ample time for production and shipping. If your online order cannot be produced within 7 days of placement you will be contacted prior to order processing.
Shipping Timeline/Courier Info:
McShane uses Fed Ex for the shipping of all our metal products. Shipping is automatically Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise specified. Arrival times can vary depending on distance from ship site (Erie, PA) to destination (Your Home/Office/Place of Business). Most ground packages arrive in 2-5 business days from the date shipped.

Damaged Items:
Should your product be damaged during delivery, please keep the carton the boxes were originally shipped in. McShane Metal Products must be contacted within 3 business days of delivery. Upon contacting Lisa Schaefer at the information below, McShane Metal Products will file a claim with the carrier and take care of replacing your damaged products as soon as possible.
Refunds:
McShane Metal Products does not honor refunds for any reason other than items damaged during shipping. Please read all the information provided on the item you wish to order before placing an order. Box colors in the photos may not be the current color manufactured so read the description carefully. Measuring the area intended for your product will eliminate buying an item that is too large.
