The McShane Welding and Metal Products team attended the 2022 American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) Annual Scientific Meeting and Clinical Lab Expo at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois from July 26 th -28 th . At the AACC Annual Scientific Meeting and Clinical Lab Expo they showcase exhibitors that are involved in the laboratory medical field. The expo gives attendees the opportunity to speak with exhibitors and allows attendees questions to be answered. AACC 2022 had over 300 speakers, 250 educational sessions, and 200 different product categories in attendance. The American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) Annual Scientific Meeting and Clinical Lab Expo has been going on annually for 74 years.
While the McShane Welding and Metal Products team was in Chicago, Illinois we had to take in “the windy city.”
Of course, we had to have Chicago deep dish pizza because no trip to Chicago is complete until you have Chicago deep dish pizza. We went to see the Chicago Cubs vs. Pirates baseball game at Wrigley Field. The Chicago Cubs won the game. The McShane Welding and Metal Products team met with the BoxLock team for happy hour at FatPour Tapworks McCormick. On our very last night in Chicago we went down to Navy Pier. We had a great time at AACC 2022 and exploring the city of Chicago. We look forward to seeing everyone again at AACC 2023 in Anaheim, California!
