- We do not offer returns – we may offer a replacement on a case by case basis
- Any issues are to be reported within 3 days after receipt of product, we may then offer a replacement
- An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled
Payment & Shipping
- We accept all major credit cards as form of payment
- The process of a request is within 48 hours – confirmed by an order acknowledgement
- Shipping costs are on the website for all shipping estimates, the estimates are factored from an Erie, PA location
- All information collected will not be used or sold to any 3rd party for any solicitation. We don’t like spam, so we won’t subject you to it either.
